KIDS DISCOVER  was founded in 1991 by a publishing professional and devoted parent with a great idea.  And today, more than 20 years later, we’re still a family-owned media company with a mission and a passion—educating and entertaining kids aged 7 to 12.

Our mission is to expose kids to all the wonders in the world—science, space, nature, history and culture—in one easy-to-understand, beautiful publication.  Our goal is to inspire kids, feed their natural curiosity, and instill a love of reading and learning in an environment filled with fun. We want to give them an all-important edge in school and in life.

KIDS DISCOVER has never accepted advertising. All of our issues are ad-free, so kids can dive into subjects and develop new interests without the distraction or pressure of commercial messages.
