Q: I would like a current KIDS DISCOVER Teacher Catalog. What should I do?
A: Please fill out our Catalog Request Form and we'll send you our current catalog.

Q: Do you accept school purchase orders?
A: Yes! We happily accept purchase orders from accredited schools in the U.S.You may submit your purchase order online, send it to us via fax to 212-353-8030 or via mail to KIDS DISCOVER, 192 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1003, New York, NY 10016.
Q: Can I pay for my order using a credit card?
A: Yes! We accept Mastercard and Visa
A: You may submit your credit card order online, via fax to 212-353-8030 or via mail to KIDS DISCOVER, 192 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1003, New York, NY 10016. We do not currently accept telephone orders.
Q: What other methods of payment do you accept?
A: In addition to school purchase orders and credit cards (see above), we accept check or money order made payable to KIDS DISCOVER. If you are paying with check or money order, please mail your order to KIDS DISCOVER, 192 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1003, New York, NY 10016.
Q: How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A: When you reach the SHOPPING CART page, enter your gift certificate number in the appropriate field at the bottom of the page. Hit the ADD button and the discount associated with your promotion or gift certificate will be applied and reflected in your total.
Q: What happens if I do not redeem my entire gift certificate in one order?
A: If you do not use your entire gift certificate, the remaining value will be applied automatically to the next order you place (you must use the same log-in information as used for the first order placed with the gift certificate). Please make note of the expiration date on your gift certificate and be sure to redeem the entire value before it expires.

Q: Can I place my order over the telephone?
A: No. KIDS DISCOVER does not presently accept telephone orders.

Q: Can I submit my KIDS DISCOVER order via fax?
A: Yes! If you are ordering using a purchase order or credit card, you may fax your order to 212-353-8030.
Q: I prefer to order by mail. Where should I send my order?
A: Please mail your order with payment to KIDS DISCOVER, 192 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1003, New York, NY 10016.
PRICING & SHIPPING
Q: How much does KIDS DISCOVER cost?
A: Back issues of KIDS DISCOVER are available for $3.99 each. We currently offer free shipping on orders over $150, and a 10% discount on orders over $1000.
Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: Shipping and handling to the continental US is 10% of your merchandise total (after discount) with a minimum charge of $4.00.For AK, HI, and PR, shipping & handling is 12% of your merchandise total (after discount). Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Q: I'd like to return my merchandise and receive a refund. What's your policy on returns and refunds?
A: We accept returned merchandise within 60 days of the order date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders valued at $500 or more.
TEACHER'S GUIDE PDFs
Q: I purchased individual Teacher's Guides PDFs. How do I retrieve them?
A: Just follow these simple steps to retrieve your Teacher's Guides:
  1. Log in to MY ACCOUNT by using your email address and the password you created when completing your order.
  2. Click on RETRIEVE TEACHER'S GUIDES.
  3. You will be taken to a list of your Teacher's Guide PDFs - those that are hyperlinked (underlined) can be downloaded by clicking on the title.
Q: I just placed an order - why can't I download my Teacher's Guide PDF immediately?
A: Teacher's Guide PDFs become available at noon (Eastern Time) on the business day after you complete your order. This delay is necessary to allow us to authorize your credit card or purchase order before we make the product available. PLEASE NOTE: Teacher's Guides ordered Friday - Sunday will be available for download by noon on Monday.
Q: Why does it say ORDER ERROR in the status column of my Teacher's Guide download page?
A: From time to time we are unable to fulfill your order because there was a problem processing your credit card or purchase order. We're eager to get this worked out and fulfill your order, so if you see this message, please call us at 212-677-4457. We'll respond to your feedback within one business day.
Q: I am having trouble downloading my Teacher's Guide PDF.What should I do?
A: In most cases, this occurs because you do not have the latest version of Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer. You may download this free software by clicking here. Please be sure to download the correct version for your platform (you'll be asked for this information when you go to download the software).
Q: My Teacher's Guide has finished downloading, but I can't find it. Where is it?
A: When you go to download your Teacher's Guide PDF, your browser gives you two options: a) Open b) Save to File.If you selected Save to File, your PDF was saved in the location indicated by your browser as a downloading directory.
